We want you to love every fragrance and vessel you bring into your home, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all returned products are in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your candles or home fragrance products.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the original packing slip is included inside to prevent processing delays.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
